Tushna is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience across management consulting and operator roles, with deep specialisation in the Consumer Goods industry.
Her experience is a rare blend of analytical rigour and hands-on operating experience. She began her career at The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients on complex strategic challenges to drive growth. She then moved from advising businesses to building them, leading corporate strategy at Godrej Consumer Products across the Africa and Middle East markets, before joining Mondelez International, where she completed multiple stints across Strategy, M&A and Marketing, and went on to lead the Direct-to-Consumer channel for India.
It is this combination of strategy and operations that Tushna brings to DSG Consumer Partners. Having sat on the other side of the table, running P&Ls and scaling businesses inside some of the world's largest consumer companies, she understands what it really takes to move from insight to execution. At DSGCP, she partners with portfolio companies on value creation, helping founders sharpen strategy, unlock growth, and build the operating muscle to turn promising brands into enduring ones.
