Nihar’s interest in consumer brands was shaped early, watching two generations of entrepreneurs build and grow businesses from close to home. That exposure gave him a deep appreciation for founders, brand-building and the everyday choices consumers make.

He went on to support multiple consumer and healthcare companies during his time at Bain, helping brands think through growth strategy, digital commerce, go-to-market and scale-up. His work across consumer health, healthcare and digital channels sharpened his belief that great consumer businesses are built at the intersection of insight, trust and habit.

Nihar is especially passionate about consumer health, digital health, and lifestyle brands. At the core of this interest is a simple belief: consumers should be more thoughtful about the products and services they buy, especially when those choices affect their health, well-being and quality of life.

He brings a blend of deep consumer insight from his work as a consultant and analytical problem-solving depth from his background as an engineer. Naturally curious and deeply founder-first, Nihar is happiest when he is learning from people, unpacking what makes consumers tick and helping thoughtful brands find their way.
