Founded in September 2025 by Mehdi Elaichouni, the company operates a hybrid care model combining a physical clinic with a digital health platform, giving members access to a dedicated team of doctors and health coaches fully licensed by the Singapore Medical Council. At the centre of the model is the Core Health Test — an advanced bloodwork panel tracking over 100 biomarkers — which serves as the foundation for ongoing clinical relationships spanning GLP-1 weight management, testosterone replacement therapy, and targeted supplementation. Every service feeds into PROTOCOL's proprietary health dashboard, providing members with real-time access to their biomarker trends, clinical insights, and personalised care plans.
